AT THE ASIAN MARINE & BOATING AWARDS CEREMONY
The 2017 Asian Marine & Boating Awards Ceremony was held in Shanghai, China on April 27th. The awards honored the winners from across the whole spectrum of the boating world in Asia with a focus on China, serving as a benchmark for the marine industry in the region. The world-leading boat manufacturer, the Groupe Beneteau was awarded the Best Brand Penetration in Asia during the ceremony which is a great recognition for the continuous investment from the Group in China and in Asia.
Beneteau’s presence in the region is not new. The shipyard was founded in France over 130 years ago and Beneteau established its Asia Branch in China in 2005. The Beneteau Asia-Pacific office is now located in Hong Kong, expanding its regional reach and strengthening the operations across the region. The office manages the brands Beneteau, Lagoon, Monte Carlo Yachts, CNB as well as Four Winns and Scarab.
With the largest and most professional dealers’ network, Groupe Beneteau is involved in several major regattas, boat shows, boating events and owners’ gatherings across Asia.
